Do you mean you cannot get the menu togglers to work when you do a live preview
You shouls also let us know
1/ which version of Site designer you are using Version and build number
and
2/ Which Framework
Foundation
Bootstrap
Materialize
or
Frameworkless
That information give us a chance to give you the correct response pertaining to which component element etc you are using

OOOH I see that you are using the Foundation framework with the latest build of Site Designer
So all we need now is which component are you using for the menu
The menu toggle should open the menu which has an ID
The menu toggle needs to have the Menu ID as it's target
Maybe an image of the inspector panel showing the element would also help throw some light on thev problem

Ok so now we need a screenshot of the inspector panel showing the elements (especially the element with the ID = show-menu
OHH and you need tell us which component it is you are using
The one screenshot that has the inspector panel shows the ID as being = menu
the trigger for most of them is pointing to an ID of show-menu
Also the # on the Href should be #/

on this menu you have set the font icon link to data toggle value = menu
It should be data-toggler value = menu
with the href #/
It should be data-toggler value = menu

By the way did you do a forced clear cache on your browser when you looked at the page with your changes??? .
If not I would do that then look again to see if the changes work
