How do I make sure a script shows up right before the closing body tag

You either put it into the header section of the pages in the site designer page manager tab, or you do it manually after exporting

If you want to do it within SD
Select the last element at bottom of your page on the Element tab on right hand panel.
Scroll down to Enter your After code for this Element.
Paste code in the box.
