Here is a new RSD web I just put online.

GOOD: Love the Software Program.
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: As a first time user, I had to search all over coffeecup.com to find HELP in how to use the program. This takes a lot of time.

Good job especially for 1st crack at RSD. The top navigation is very well done, I'll have to see how you did that!

That's a beauty. Simple, gets the message across, plenty of spacing and symetry.

The menu was created in CoffeeCup Menu Builder http://www.coffeecup.com/menu-builder/, and then imported into RSD as html elements. This is actually a quite time consuming exercise as; firstly, any menu changes in Menu Builder need to be cascaded to every page within your RSD website, this as at the present time RSD does not support headers and footers in a 'master page' template, and secondly, Menu Builder is a frastrating program to use, with far to many bugs, (see Menu Builder's support forum) and it has not been updated since 2014...

This is my first try at using RSD - I started with the Last Season's theme for the structure. The links (if they work at this point) will go to my old version of the website. Still have a few picture placeholders because these will be used later for current inventory. Taking this one step at a time.
I probably didn't use the easiest way to get some things accomplished - (used the tutorials and lots of searching through the forum). I would be happy for any suggestions and/or tips as to ways of making it better or more efficient. Next step is to work on the internal page structure, including a vertical menu - Menu Builder here I come!

My best advice for Menu Builder is make the most of the trial period, the program has unresolved bugs going back 2 years. With my website I have noticed that my menu works fine in Chrome, Firefox and IE on a PC platform. However, it does not work at all well on Android devices. If android device users are important to your business, best your Menu Builder testing includes this environment.

Looks great!
Add this code to your head for a smooth scroll back to the top:
<!-- SMOOTH SCROLL -->
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.10.2/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script>$(function() {$('a[href*=#]:not([href=#])').click(function() {if (location.pathname.replace(/^\//,'') == this.pathname.replace(/^\//,'') && location.hostname == this.hostname) {var target = $(this.hash);target = target.length ? target : $('[name=' + this.hash.slice(1) +']');if (target.length) {$('html,body').animate({scrollTop: target.offset().top}, 1000);return false;}}});});</script>
<!-- End of SMOOTH SCROLL -->
