Well, mine are a bit rudimentary because I just did them (only one page for starters) and they look almost the same because I used the same template for both, but we own our own businesses and I REALLY wanted to learn how to do this.... So,

Hi all

wavetrainSUP - http://www.wavetrainsup.com is an all CoffeeCup site.

I started with the Animal Shelter theme and evolved it. I guess I'm either more old-fashioned than I thought or dumber than I think I am, BUT I still prefer looking at code. So I went back and forth between RSD and the old school CoffeeCup that I know and LOVE. They're like peanut butter and chocolate. RSD and the themes are an invaluable starting point. The CSS that RSD auto-creates is wondrous, more so, after reading through it.

I need to tweak the breakpoints and ESPECIALLY get images that are optimized for those smaller screens. As with so many other sites, I find that lack of sufficient content is a real showstopper. I am no longer surprised at the number of clients who have no ( or very little) imagery to work with -- of their own products.

Anyway, wavetrainSUP is my toe dip into the water of RSD.

Hi Jeff - suggestion on the FAQ page, set the <main class="row info-section"> width to 1200 px? On a large 1080p monitor, reading lines of text 'full screen width' can give a person sore neck. I also tend to add a bit of left right margin on full screen width text bodies so that, at smaller screen widths, the text isn't getting overrun by scroll bars etc. on certain smart phones. I would typically do this by adding it to a class applied to the paragraph element used in the main body.

Just one man's opinion - site looks good overall!

Regards,
Gordon

I used http://www.coffeecup.com/menu-builder/ for the menu and a third party app for the slider. Coffeecup now offers their own slider you can find here http://www.coffeecup.com/responsive-content-slider/
