Here are a handful of sites that I have done in RSD. RSD has made it so easy to convert standard html site into a responsive design.

From your "handful" of sites—like the cosmos has a "handful" of stars— I wonder if you could show me via a screen shot or type a few words about how you use the folder system built into RSD? For example, do I name the theme and wireframes folders with my project name? what kinds of resources go into a resource folder?

I have a 400+ page website to convert. It would be really helpful if I had some idea of how to name and organize folders for a project, especially since it appears I'll have to split my project to stay within the 75-page limit. I really don't want to convert 97 pages and then find I have to redo everything because I didn't plan well.

Very pleased with results & capabilities.

Awesome site! How did you do the main menu? I have been trying to figure that out for a while now.

Thanks! :)

To answer your question spoonfrog... I used a third-party - http://css3menu.com/builder/

I'm currently working on another two websites, but won't be using it. Instead, I've started designing my menus just using RSD and some custom CSS & JS. I wish I could show you what I have designed, but it's not quite ready. You'd be amazed at what you can achieve in RSD.

Thanks so much for the link! I will check it out. Is it pretty easy to use?
I LOVE RSD! It is a pretty amazing program! I have only been using if for about 6 months. Once you wrap your head around it, it is so easy to use.

I am intrigued by this talk of 400 page sites in RSD or indeed any other CoffeeCup software with its page limit. I am more intrigued as to how things like menus are repeated on 400 pages without having to update every page whenever a menu item needs changing. I understand this is easy in Foundation Framer but is not at all easy in RSD. I have a 250 odd page site to convert. What workarounds are people using for sizeable sites rather than the 'handful of page' sites I see being built by nearly everyone?

The next update of RSD is said to have the component and 'symbol' library included. Don't know when that will be launched, though. Your best bet for now, is to use RFF or RBB instead, where this feature already is included.

A maybe long and winding workaround would be first to set your server to parse php in html files, and then use php includes for contents that appears on every page, typically header, navigation and footer. Those elements (header, navigation and footer) can be built in RSD , but after export they need to have the file extension changed from html to php.

Thanks Inger, I guessed that might be the answer. I am already trying to get to grips with RFF as I have that as well as RSD.

OK - so i purchased RSD after reading much of the hype and not knowing anything about responsive web design. I have just completed my first site, and whilst i have a way to go to get the hang of this new style of web design, i am quite proud of my first go - especially since i brought in elements such as forms, PayPal shopping and image carousel.

Still doing the final polishing of this site and want to enter keywords etc as well as some seo (for which i am open to suggestions?) I invite you to have a look and offer your feedback.

Hi Tony

Sorry to say this but your site needs a lot more work at the lower end of the device sizes your menu for instance loses some of the text, doesn't wrap etc, the location map isn't responsive and goes completely off the edge of the viewport.and so does your footer with some of the other info in there It all starts to go wrong around the 460px up to the 1024px mark, other than that looks ok from there up otherwise looks ok for desktop devices
