Thanks everyone. I will look into shrinking my pictures also.

Hi Karl, I would suggest to apply a max-width (of about 1200px) to the content itself. Not only to prevent the images to grow to huge proportions, but mainly because the lines of text are incredibly hard to read when they're that long. You could always use larger/wider images for hero images of course. Just to give you an idea of what I mean ....
The bottom image of this page has a double drop shadow and I would suggest to use another font which is easier to read. Check the different styles you've used on the different pages, they should be consistent.
Good luck!

@Bill G and @rvanheukelum
thank you for your feedback, very appreciated. I am not sure, what missing drop shadows you mean.
It was a decision to not shadow the other boxes. Most of the images have the drop shadow too, only these one with transparent background and these of galleries not (and also not the certifications).
Which browsers are you looking the websites and which OS? Thanks

Nice layout. Just so you know you have some menu issues on your webdesign page. Keep up the good work.

Wow, I'm amazed ... every single interaction on this page just works for me. Not so keen on the color scheme though, but again ... wow. I hope I'll get my RSD skills up to this level one day.

Thank you, Steve.
This:
'menu', 'attributes'=>array('class'=>'nav navbar-nav navbar-right') ); echo ipSlot('menu',$menuOption); ?>
is the module-tag to implement the menu from impresspages.org at this place.
