I couldn't help giggling when reading your header, Chris, in connection with that possible bug. ;)

Are you able to make that happen again, and write down the steps that lead to that white block appearing?

happens quite often for me,, and seems to be a random occurrence last time it happened, I had only just opened RSD, didn't actually do anything other than go to the inspector,, selected the column that I was after, went back to the main bit to do some alterations to the styling and it was already grayed out. I was however able to so a "SAVE AS" then closed it reopened and it worked fine for the rest of the day.

RSD V2.1 Build 2121.
HTML Element:
- Editing the HTML in the HTML box in the Design panel.
1. The Del key acts like a backspace, instead of deleting the character under the cursor.
2. Selecting the contents of a line in this box does not appear to be able to select the last character of the line.

RSD V2.1 Build 2121
Image selector window (project resources).
When selecting images, the names are truncated, which makes it difficult to guess which one is the correct one when filenames have the image size at the end of the filename, or different types (eg jpg or png). It would be useful at least to have a tooltip that shows the full filename when hovering over an image.

The images in the project resources view does not appear to be ordered by name.

If images are manually added or removed from the folders referenced in the project resources, they do not appear to be updated when viewing using the project resources selector.

Like this:

Just having a resources folder where the items are linked to, not embedded within the project, so when you update or alter resources you are prompted to update the links. This will keep stuff far more user-friendly.

I would really like to see the abiblity to define the output page extension as either html, the default, or php. Anybody else?

I am doing php code inserts using the HTM Insert feature, which is great by the way, but then need to remember to rename the page to PHP or nothing works.

+1

You could always add a .htaccess directive, if you are using apache httpd, to use the php interpreter for .html files as well. This is a quick way if you have inline php mixed with html and the filename extension is .html.
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .html

The panes are great, but my monitor ist to small and I´m always scrolling with the mouse. :D Maybe it would be better to organize the panes as tabs?

What might be useful is the ability to add a block before the <!DOCTYPE html> tag.

This is useful where php sessions may need to be initialised before any headers are sent, so can't be put into the <head> section.

It would save having to edit the top of every file each time a new version of the site is exported.

Example:
<?php
session_start();
?>
