Thank you for CSS Transition + extended Effect Feature

I do not see in RSD Change Logs has mentioned about CSS Transition, is this feature was there or I was blind.

Anyway Its absolutely very valuable feature and I am appreciating it very much.

it makes it possible to add unlimited animation to every single elements .

Where's this transition bar located?

Not massively familiar with what containers can do.
