Good morning fellow Coffeecupers! Just wondering if any of you upgraded to Windows 11? How has the suite of software been through the OS update?

Cheers
Steve

I have to get a new laptop as my current one won't support it.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I use SiteDesigner (current build) on Windows 11. FWIW, I have not noticed any difference between Windows 10 & Windows 11 when running SiteDesigner.

I would have to say, no ADDITIONAL problems for Site Designer
There are still some of the old ones around, IE -lagging after constant use for awhile, text editor crashing project sometimes, and a couple of others preview and device view also crash it after acouple of times viewing.

I must also say that I have found something that helps with those issues on Windows11 and that is to run a WINDOWS compatability diagnostic (not site designers) which helps somewhot until the next update then I havetodo it again (Why I don't know. but it does require running compatability mode again)

No issues with any of the other apps I have

Regarding Site Designer, no additional problems have arisen. However, existing issues persist, such as lagging after prolonged use, text editor crashes, and occasional crashes in preview and device view. Running a Windows compatibility diagnostic on Windows 11 helps temporarily, but requires repeating after updates.

Is anyone else having issues with Windows 11 Ver 24H2? Since installing SD becomes unresponsive for about 2 minutes when closing, even if saved prior to closing. Also keep getting the pop-up suggesting something went wrong when opening a different project and it tries to open a new, frameless project which it states is unsupported. This is happening on 2 PC's.

I have reported to Support but just curious if I am alone in this.

Hi Jeremy
I have experienced that a few times, now a little bit more frequently that previously, also having some issues with opening a CC application, especially not being able to verify a user-name-or-password (or words to that effect). I have also reported these happenings to Customer Support, apparently, they have recently migrated something to something else (technical stuff to do with servers (or something like that) they are looking into whether this may be causing recent funny things going on. I also find that goingand setting compatability mode (WINDOWS USER ACCOUNT) has helped somewhat. Over the last 48 hours (give or take a few) things seem to have improved and I am not getting those things happening as often. Also I have taken to set automatical save a project file to 3 minutes, such that if it does throw a wobbly, I only lose a small amount of work, still not a pleasant experience, and sometimes when it does my reaction brings my wife running to my room, thinking something really bad has happened :P

Hopefully things will resolve soon.
