CSS style developer based on a WYSIWYG interface.

Allow to place objects in a relative placement using layers so you can build your CSS from a designers perspective. Then create the CSS so it can be used in a site to create pages.

Is this too out there? I would just like to go from Photoshop to the web with less fuss.
