I can't find it now, but I thought they were already involved in hosting at one time, maybe I'm delusional again :D.

Yea and three to four a week are those we know of. I am sure there are many more who don't post in the forum who are having the same problem.

We understand that there may be 3 or 4 people a week that have a little trouble finding where to download the software they've purchased. We would love to be able to please everyone, but the fact is there are literally thousands of people every week that don't have any problems finding them. If there is a way to improve things we are certainly open to it, but we also don't want to risk changing things and having an adverse impact on the people that are accustomed to the current system.

We've thought about adding a link like "Your Downloads" or "Your Purchases" to the main navigation, but interestingly enough we've seen through testing that confuses people too. Does "Your Downloads" mean things you've purchased or trial downloads?

Over the next several months we plan on making slow, small, incremental changes to the Website, and testing everything in detail along the way. If we find a way to help the 3 or 4 per week that have trouble, without interfering with the thousands that use the site without issue now, we will. :)

Thanks for the explanation J. I certainly agree with your statement that I quoted. Sometimes it's difficult to make the call, but changing things for the sake of a few really can cause problems for the masses. I have full trust that CC will integrate an acceptable change when the time comes. Let's face it, y'all aren't exactly new at this now are ya? LOL!

Coffee Cup at one time owned Blue Domino Hosting. I don't know if they still do or not.

I learned recently that they had a partnership with some hosting provider, not sure if that was blue domino or not.

You're right. We did create BlueDomino hosting in late 2000, and sold it in 2005. We've been laying low in the hosting department for quite some time now while something cool has been brewing in the back of the office.

We appreciate your confidence in us to suggest we get back into that business. All I can say now is... "stay tuned". :D

I would like to see an English version of your software that replaces words like
'shipping & handling' for 'Postage & packaging'
and
'taxes' for Vat

That would be absolutely spiffing

I'd just like a little feature added to the HTML editor to make my life easier... hit F7 (or some other key or a button), type in "319" and it goes to line 319. This would save some time whenever I get error messages about my php code. (Parse error at line 319).

Not sure if this is the right place to post this...

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
