Even a basic theme is a theme. You can also always go to Documents[username]\My Documents\CoffeeCup Software\Web Calendar\themes and copy one of the themes here, make any changes you like and it will appear as your own theme inside of the software.

Your router should already have this functionality built into it's software. You will need to assign static internal IP addresses for the network and then have the router use them instead of dynamic assignment. Then, just set the internet connectivity permissions for each PC.

Did you first go to each PC and assign it a static IP instead of the router assigning it a dynamic IP? Because dynamic IP's will change according to the order they are booted.

How about a software to produce charts (column, pie etc) either javascript or flash based (latter would be gem) perhaps loading data from an external xml file? .....and yes a poll (multiple polls in same page allowance) creator software?
