You're already logged in (or you couldn't post here ) so all you need to do is go to your downloads page. Click 'Get Support' in the main toolbar, then click 'Orders and Downloads'. Easy as pie!

Hi Scott
Here is another example where people struggle/are unable to find their software.
I mentiomed some days back about the get support menu having drop down submenus on mouse rollover.
I would make it easier for a novice user.

We are still having a hard time internally understanding why. If you compare the pure volume of users who submit support tickets and download software each day to those who seem to have trouble, the amount is so negligible. We are watching it though.

The reason it's a minority of members having issues is because it's mostly new ones rather than those of us that have been around a while. Count em up over the next couple weeks and see how many it is, it does seem to be at least 3 to 4 a week, that's quite a few actually when you think about it
What about adding a new Tab at the top next to the Embassy for Member Area or something that would be much more recognizable as to where you'd go to find your things?
Yea and three to four a week are those we know of. I am sure there are many more who don't post in the forum who are having the same problem.
