Problem with uploading - Post ID 118928
Sorry if I've posted this thread in the wrong section, but couldn't find a thread that deals with troubleshooting. I have now tried 3 times to download the visual site designer and I keep getting an error message that reads "Internet Explorer cannot download coffeevisualsite6.0.6R.exe from www.coffeecup.com. The server returned an invalid or unrecognised response."
What do I do now?

There looks like a lot of people are having the same problem.
Internet Exploader never gave me any download problems.. It could be an anti virus program causing the issue.
You could download Firefox and use that, it is better for web design and surfing too.

Navigate to your account page, click "Your support room" and post the issue there.
The CoffeeCup people monitor those support tickets and they will help. When they reply to your post, you will get an email. They generally check those in the morning.

Make sure to turn off any download managers / accelerators and they can interfere with your downloads. Also, try using Fire Fox as a test and see if that works better for you.
