Commercial programs run thousands of dollars and are geared towards corporate clients, there needs to be a low-end, reliable program to scan web sites for common security risks, XSS, SQL injection, etc. It could even be built as a GUI for an existing open source program, there are a number of good ones available but all require technical skill to use beyond the average small site webmaster.

This is a forum for new product suggestions. I've posted a suggestion for a product. So what's your point exactly?

This would be a good one to add, but would require continual updates. Having this as a standalone app would require "Definition File" updates like AV software... This would probably be better served as a website where you put in your URL and it would scan it from outside, the report back to you.

Did I just come up with a new website idea? I get half the profits!!!!!!
