I have listed my online art school for sale on flippa.com. Has anyone used this? I have been told not to expect much action until the last few days of the auction. I have also been advised that I should purchase the "extras" (featured listing, twitter announcement) during the last few days.

Just wondering if anyone has used it and has any advice.

I've used flippa several times, and have had 1 offer(that I didn't accept). There's also Godaddy auctions(free). I think most of the trouble with mine is they are targeted for a location so yours might work out better. Best of luck
