I have been using Dreamweaver CS4 for about a year. I upgraded from CS3. I love it. It is easy to use and has a lot of pre-built templates.

I have been using it for a couple months. Coming from FrontPage 2000 then, 2003...it was a bit of a learning curve for me, but am getting the hang of it.
The site in my signature was done with DW CS4.

Although Dreamweaver has a lot more power under the hood, I like MS ExpressionWeb3 better. It's produced standards compliant code that is much cleaner. And you can get the upgrade to save money if you own MS Office.

*is very satisfied with CC HTML Editor, which isn't that much lacking from Dreamweaver MX, not sure on the CS versions of it, but how much better can it be?*
