The map app is in a bit of a mess, I found a few places are not where they are supposed to be here in the UK. Apparently Apple got the data for the app from TomTom, TomTom say it is not their fault that the mapping is wrong.
As for the 200 changes, only seen a few so far.

I'm only halfway in the dark. I upgraded to IOS 6 on my Iphone.
