Sharks are delicious. Our fish shops serve them up as Flake. If it moves we eat it, solves the asylum problem they are being sent to a lovely island full of cannibals. My pallet has been refined over the years.
Octopus,Squid, Crustations, Crocodile, Prawns, Lobster, Urchins, Muscles, Winkles, Eels. Then comes what goes on the Bar B. My young son married a Samoan and pigs cooked in a hole in the backyard, Octopus cooked in Squid ink, Yams and some food I ate but was afraid to ask what it twas
We have such a diverse community that whatever is editable is. I though have to wash it down now with a glass of red. That is until the brew I am currently aging comes on line. You cannot beat Aussie beer, drunk at 2 deg c max even in winter. That took me a while to acclimatise too but it don't take long. Our local vender sports over 500 types from around the world. I like Tooheys Draught best. But the dark ale I brew is hard to beat.

What an eye opener for a Pom. I was too old to get called up for Vietnam. Not so for my brother, he was adopted by a Yanky infantry squad who took him and the crew of the field gun he was with who supported them in country.

Poms they are a wierd mob take me for instance.

Whatever happened to a bowl of lucky charms? No Seafood for me ! My grandmother was full blooded Japanese and the only thing I eat is Fried Rice, the rest of it I can't stomach. So I guess you could say i've got Shark off the plate, i've seen that commercial featuring that seal they hung above the water and that great white shark grabbing it, dizamn..
