This is nuts. Just went to Home Depot to get a pumpkin and it is full blown Christmas! Every year it seems to be earlier and earlier!

Yesterday at the local Sav-a-lot grocery store they had a large amount of very nice pumpkins, reasonably priced near the entrance way. And, the local Wal-Mart had a large room dedicated to Christmas decorations and trees, they converted the outside yard maintenance area to Christmas stuff. Do not know how long it had been like that. I went there to look for a sidewalk edging attachment for the weed whacker.

Way too early!! I find Christmas in the shops here also starting too early, but they haven't started yet, thanks goodness.

And Eric's greenhouse is probably also full of Christmas flowers and floral decorations already? ;)

Lowe's had a really nice selection of pumpkins yesterday. Of course one of the girls was decorating a huge 'JOY' display with snow. :(

I saw that at the Lowes near me...I really liked it until I saw the price! Ha!
