Karl,

Sorry, I guessed wrong about which site you were working on!
I took it from an earlier post of yours... ;)

Then a guy with an unfinished wordpress site lists first, got to figure out this one its bugging me a bit.

Thanks all for your help.

Here today, gone tomorrow, put money on it, the more you put into your site the more u get out of it

I had no1 page ranking on a site which had almost no content, and that was the reason it had no1 ranking

Google and yahoo soon pushed it down the rankings to page 10 or so.

Might be worth adding a link to your site, so we can help more, OH and a link from a high ranking page like this one might help your ranking anyway

Furthermore, DONT have loads of links out of your site to other sites, they may reduce your ranking :(

Once you have 1 ranking, you will get bombarded with request's for reciprocal links, from people selling SEO to others, by SUCKING your high page ranking dry.

I have developed a new page virtually every time i get a request from a customer for something new, specific to their request before long i get repeat request's as others find the new pages.

This for me was the huge advantage of building my own website with CC VSD , imagine phoning the website developer and paying extra for each new page, and the associated edits that are required to get it found ;)

Started using CC VSD in January 2009, I don't do HTML code, Sales from CC site exceeding expectations taken me out of semi-retirement
