After looking briefly at your site, a couple of things:
I noticed that you have a Google verification code in meta tags, which means you've already done some of what I suggested earlier.
Your pages are quite easy for a
user to understand and use efficiently, but the lack of descriptive text makes them difficult for a
search engine to interpret and make sense of. You may want to consider including at least a couple of sentences of introductory/descriptive text in the beginning of each page.
You should include <meta> descriptions, with key words that are consistent with the content on the page and with the <title>
Use the <title> tags to your advantage and make them descriptive and relevant to each individual page. In the title for your home page, "Welcome to SA31 - Carmarthen Online -
www.sa31.co.uk : Home", the only relevant word really is "Carmarthen". The "Welcome to...", the URL and "Home" don't help you at all, rather the opposite I'm afraid. See the Google Guide for more on this...
Also, there is a lot of good pointers on Google's Webmaster help pages!
