Actually I have a few questions, the first being your site with the different tutorials. I normally use Firefox (ver. 8) and when I view your site all of the link text rides over the top of the other text. The pages views fine in IE 8, Opera. Apple Safari, and Netscape.
The next question is on your slideshows that are for VSD, are they only compatible in VSD or will the coding also work in the HTML Editor, realizing that they need to pasted into the proper areas of the page? If they will, is there any place to edit them so they only play the slide show once and stop on the last img file?

I'm using FX 8 and it looks fine.
Yes all the code can be used in the html editor. I usually use the html editor to test the setup and then make sure it's VSD compatible.
Most of the slide shows have other options that can be set in the code or added to make them behave different. Which one you looking @.

Looks fine to me on 8 also. Try clearning your cache Jack for FF or your whole computer using Ccleaner from http://piriform.com and see if that helps at all

I was looking at the Jquery Slide Show. I would like to use in on my main intro page show all six generations of the Corvette. I just do not want it to ne in a loop, but just start at the C1 and work up to the C6 and stop there. I will play around with it and see what I come up with. I would rather see if I can figure it out as I learn more each time then simply asking how to do it. If I cannot find the fix I will get back with you.
Thanks
Thanks
Jack,
There are lots of jQuery sliders out there. If one doesn't do it for you, maybe another one will. Some interesting, published lists have been posted in these pages. You may want to take a look at (e.g.) some of the posts in this thread: http://www.coffeecup.com/forums/website … ding-time/

Thanks Eric that is exactly what I was looking for. Much appreciated.
Take a look at the jquery cycle website. There's a plethora of options to set and examples.
There's even one that will alert you at the end of the show.
