This is the first I created with VSD
A very "quick and dirty website for a documentary short we produced for a film competition
http://www.tempestproductions.com/caddo/
The second was another "This really doesn't have to be much" site for some buddies
http://www.talltreestech.com
And just this weekend - I finally had a little more creative flexibility to redo a website for our first feature documentary, Invasion:Anime.
here's the original, done first by me, then updated by someone else, and then tweaked a little more by me:

OK here's my effort using Visual Site Designer and firestarter.

My only problem is I think there is a conflict between the drop down menu script and the countdown script on the 14 U page
These sites are great! I can't believe what you can do with CC...Spurs me on to improve the one I am administering now.

And my submission:
http://www.megabytecoffee.com
It's my personal server I run out of my house that provides, web, email, telnet, ftp, newserver and more. The server is truly personal, but is also used for other projects I am involved in.
I am not a graphic artist in anyway, more programming and engineering is my arena. Coffeecup has helped me make a decent little site for my server which makes an excellent front-end appearance.

Mostly coded by hand, but found Firestarter a great way to embed 'sounds' into
a webpage without having to use javascript. (that whole cross-browser problem).

... oh and one little project I used 'FireStarter' for: a movie logo for a fake production company.
UPDATE: and now use it for my avatar @ YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hodmHui9uFc (and use it for my primary animator program in creating videos)
... and two more additions:
FireStarter is a great way to present an MP3 so they don't have to download
it to listen. The following songs were created with Acid:
Honkeytonk2 http://roscoetoon.lunarpages.com/flash/acid/
PedXing http://roscoetoon.lunarpages.com/flash/acid/pedx.html
... and one more addition:
Online Photo Booth http://roscoetoon.lunarpages.com/stuff/camera/version2/index.html
This is broken into two flash movies so I can change the ending every once
in a while. (the second half loads in the background in a 'hidden frame' so
there's no lag between parts).
If I may, I would like to suggest to look at w3schools.com as well as sitepoint.com the later has an excellent book on CSS, it's called "The CSS Anthology 101 Essential Tips, Tricks & Hacks" that book has everything you'll ever want to know about CSS.
