Eric, I think we have established that any web sites that get posted in this area must use at least one CC product. In my humble opinion, I would say that if that is not the case, the person in question should be posting their web site details and information in a forum or similar run by the producers of the software they used to create their site.

As has been intimated - there is no obvious use of CC software in Fiona's site, which is why I left my original question pretty open ended to give the benefit of my doubts....which, by the way, are still pretty strong!
