ballen - your site has evolved beautifully. Congratulations as it is so attractive and I'm sure will be a great advertising tool for the cottages. Simple, clean, harmonious colour choices, consistent... well done.
That plate of Spam was made with an iShop template - no CoffeeCup at all (regarding the Lily Hippo site)
I do enjoy seeing actual CC sites.... gets me inspired:)

Hiya balen,
I love your site and if I were anywhere near your area I would come to your cottages based on just your site alone it's so well done and beautiful photos. Kudos to you for doing such a great job!

paintbrush... I occasionally use templates myself, but always - without exception - use CC Editor to make any changes I need to make. I also regularly use the pix converter and colour picker amongst other cc applications... but the problem is when someone posts a site in here having used no CC software whatsoever in its development.
But I will say that usually the templates I use are made with graphics I have created myself, so very little of the original template remains! It is normal though for someone who regularly builds sites to have a whole bunch of tools at their disposal, and turn to whichever works best for them in a given situation. It just so happens that the ones I like best were all created by CoffeeCup!!!

Sorry I wasn't clear - it's not just a template, it's a whole e-commerce package which includes the templates, shopping cart and hosting. So not the kind of template that could be used in a CC (or any other) editor. In other words - she's just posting here for some free exposure even though her site uses no CC software at all.
I'm ready to go to Balingup now!

Check out the attached screenshot of your lakeside canvas site. You might want to sort out those stray buttons over on the right.
I am viewing on Firefox with a 1440 x 900 screen resolution.

Yea, the olde site needs a rebuild. I just haven't decided what I want to do with it yet. There are a lot of changes that I am planning. The good part is I get a lot of traffic from it, google even sent me a sign for my front window. I think that is from having all original content. I do know that most canvas shops don't have a site and the ones that do are lacking content. I have had enough reminders from everyone.. I was hoping to get my current Cart Creator Pro project done first.
I promise I will work on it..
well, just to make everyone happy, i worked on the menu, however, firefox refuses to obey the css.
I'm not going to spend any more time on what might end up as a cms site. I will take it out of my signature so no one has to look at it.

Thanks for the +ve's Janys and Jo Ann. I must acknowledge all the advice and support the CC Community gave when I was first learning CC and building my site. (Still learning of course!) In particular a big thanks to Janys for great advice and feedback.

Ballen... you had a lot of great ideas of your own to take credit for. We just gave a little encouragement to you! Thanks for the vote of confidence anyway, and all the best with the business which looks to have all the right ingredients for success.
Domain: www.yoganetwork.ca
website for an organziation to bring yoga practioners together
still a work in progress
have no idea how I am going to create the ability to upload and search resumes but am sure I can figure something out.
Any feedback or suggestions on the site would be appreciated.
