Software "Entitlements" from CC

Is it just me being in a bad mood or has the past week or so the level of some posters has sunken below whale **)*(+(%.

It seems quite a few people are expecting CC to solve every problem known and hand-hold every person who buys a product because they 'bought something'.

Even the free help given by all you great supporters is being challenged by some posters. They all seem to think they are "entitled" to what ever they want and get butt ugly if they don't get what they want.

Maybe it's me.......

haha I know exactly what you mean George and yes I agree, too many people expect so much from the users here on the forums. I think many of them don't realize even that this is a user to user forum and not the place to ask for support from the staff, and then they get all ornery when the staff doesn't answer their posts in here. I dunno, when I need support for something I purchased, I don't usually go to the forums first unless I'm looking to see if there is an answer there already. I usually look for the support system that most companies have including CC where there is a ticket system for support. Then I know I am talking with people that are connected with the product rather than users :)

Anyways, it is what it is, there will always be people that are just never satisfied, always lacking something and always expecting things for free. What they don't get from me is hand holding when they get real rude off the bat lol. :P

Yeah, I have noticed that some people seem testier lately and forget all about basic kindness and consideration towards others. I just would love to know if they talk to other people face to face like this or if they are actually more afraid of their own shadow. ;)

I've never had any problems. Honestly, I've dealt with alot of customer service places and this is the best "customer service" I've ever had (even tho this is user- to user) haha I don't know people could be upset.

I am sure if you are nice we can give you heaps. Actually the reason is simple. They had a nice holiday now they have to go back to work so are now in a cranky mood.

I do not have that problem of having to work but I do have problems and I make it my duty to let people know so it makes them feel good when they do help me. Which reminds me. Nah! I will save that for another time

Yea, these guys are great and very helpful! Still don't get how some people throw a fit when the world doesn't go thier way. Must be a hard life if even little things get them that upset haha
