Speaking of CoffeeCup - how I make...

I'm a long time "newbie" here, when it comes to using CoffeeCup software, and given the name of the company, I thought I'd share this with you.

I'm a "freak" when it comes to making the best popcorn and the best coffee I've ever had  , and I took the time to learn how to do both, and feel I've succeeded. But if you're interested in how I learned to make the best coffee I've ever had, go to http://ColoradoProcessServers.net and look at the blog, then search down that page to "coffee".

Hope you enjoy! :P

I'm currently drinking my way through some very smooth fresh roasted Brazilian. Mmmmmm....
I love coffee in a cup....

I rarely drink coffee. I do not like the taste, and it really does not settle with me very well. Yet, you make it sound pretty good... And yes, coffee starts to oxidase within seconds of being ground and introduced to the open air.

We have an awesome coffee machine here at the office. I cannot imagine not starting the day without a good brew. ;)

I just can not get into it... Coffee has always made me sleepy and I do not understand why... My mother did say when she was preganant with me, the only things she every drank was Coffee and the only thing she ever ate was fish... And I hate both... I do not eat any type of sea food and rarely drink coffee.

I eat fish about 5 of the 7 days a week. But I have only one cup of coffee per day, on rare occasions 2. If I have more than that, I can't sleep. But I drink a lot of tea during a normal day. ;)

Ah, but check the temperature! Run a pot of water through it, with a cooking thermometer in it. You may be shocked. Half the flavor is lost if it brews at a much lower temp.

And of course, if you're not roasting it there, weekly, you don't know what you're missing!

That's the point of my blog article. We didn't know what we were missing all those years. We always think that what we have is better than what we used to have, so it's the best, but until you put all those components into it, it's not the best you can do. :P

I'm reminded about the only joke involving linguists that I have ever heard. It goes something like this:

Two linguists having a conversation (in the proverbial bar, no doubt...):

Ling. One: We all know that a double negative always makes a positive, but what's less known is that a double positive will never make a negative in the English language!

Ling. Two: Yeah, right...!!

OK, so much for jokes about linguists, but why, Scott, would you go to all that trouble with a triple negative to tell us that you don't like coffee, - and then confuse us all by saying that it is the "Nectar of the Gods!"...?
