I did. It actually helped push me toward HostGator being in the #1 spot on 3 out of the 4 front page charts. I have a shared account w/ them as well already, so I'm familiar with their service as well, just not yet as a reseller.
I would imagine a company with a larger customer base would also increase the potential for a higher rate of rants/negative remarks and we all know more people speak up when angry than happy. However the love/hate percentages go, I'm glad that most of us have been happy with whoever we've been using for hosting.
