I use a special one, but I won't advertise for anyone here. Wish I could say I use coffecup's but I don't.

You're such a tease! Who is it? It's not "advertising", we all help each other by sharing experiences.

I use Yahoo! Small Business, and it's pretty nice. Never had an issue.

This is a perfect illustration of the point I was trying to drive home in my posts above regarding concurrent connections of shared web servers. This business lost over $100K in sales because they didn't do their research:

Also, wanted to give everyone on update on Hostgators concurrent connections, they increased again! I know this was a very controversial topic when I brought it up a few years ago, so I'm just going to post the link on Hostgators web site so no one has to take my word for it:

I'll put my 2 cents in on this thread:
Have used Site5 in the past was happy but they had some major issues and due to their response time left. Took over 2 weeks to restore site backups after a server went down.
Used Hostgator for years - was a great cheap service with excellent customer support however they were sold to EIG (which is a huge company that has been buying up hosting companies for years such as Bluehost, ipower, and others). Service went to hell after it was sold and migrated all hosting clients off the one account I maintained there.
So my recommendations would be:
Liquidweb (Have 2 VPS systems with them for close to 5 years now - been great company to work with. 24/7 Phone support. They have good shared packages too but with some limits on bandwidth, etc as it should be).
1&1 (Used them years ago but left - they offered some decent options but their hosting panel is a little nightmarish - still is IMO. But came back to them last year to add a 3rd VPS for cheap and have a backup option. Performance has been stellar on the VPS. Might need a little knowledge to utilize fully.)
