Nice site and nice-looking restaurant!

The photo galleries take a very long time to load, though. You may want to consider optimizing the images using CC Pixconverter, or similar. I think both the main images and especially the thumbnails could be reduced in size to a fraction of their current file sizes with no loss of quality.

Oh, and how about some pictures of the food and from the kitchen...? ;)
(maybe there are some, but I couldn't go through them all since they took so long to load...)

Thanks so much for the feedback. Yes I do need to optimize those gallery images.
I'm worried about the quality loss though.
What do you think would be a good setting for the images?

Excellent site Coyote. Nice, simple navigation; easy to understand what's where, where you're going and where you're at. Good use of flash for pictures and photo gallery for the photo albums. I'm not usually a fan of flash intro pages, but yours is really fun and lends a sense of excitement about the restaurant. The whole thing made me hungry.

I'll have a Chile Relleno dinner !

Thanks for sharing.

Rock on, great site! That looks professional, and has great graphics. One suggestion for a future add(it may be on there, but didn't see it) is to have a link going to either yahoo, or google local business to do a review on the experience they had at your restaurant .Nice. :)

At the small size of the images in your gallery, you wouldn't have to worry much about he image quality. The thumbnails should be 10kb each, at most, and the main images should not have to be more than 50kb each. In addition to CC PixConverter, IrfanView is also a very good program to use for optimizing pictures...

I noticed that a number of the pictures are quite similar. You may want to consider picking just the ten - or so - of the 'best' ones for each 'album', rather than the multitude you have included. This would also improve the loading time, since the thumbnails all seem to load first... Very few of your visitors would have the patience to go through more than 10 pictures, or something like that, - let alone 50 or more...

And I'll also have a Chile Relleno - and a pitcher of Marguerita! :)

Am I the only one that gets blank white space on many of the pages and I don't think the form is loading at all for me on the contact page either. Lots of white space all over the pages though that look like maybe they are supposed to be images? I'm on FF 3.6.3

It wasn't like that the other day. I suspect coyote is working on the gallery images after input from the forum.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.
