Bio: I enjoy training and developing people in software, hard (physical) or soft topics (principles, knowledge). My training experience spans across the military, higher education, corporate, small to medium business, public workshops and forums, and voluntary, non-profit organizations.
Over the years I have been blessed to start businesses, help improve or develop new teams and departments within existing businesses. It is fascinating to be involved in the many business processes with different people. One thing I have learned is that no matter what you may know about processes, when you through different people into the mix, you will get a lot of unexpected consequences.
Because of my involvement with business development, I am always looking for solutions that save business people/owners time and money. CoffeeCup software is a great example of products that accomplish that goal.
