Downloaded a trial version today and created a calender. Put the stuff in the header and on the page. uploaded to my server.
When I try to view the page I get an error "Error, content did not load." Was absolutely everything supposed to go into public_html? Seems sloppy. I usually put css into a css folder, images into an image folder, includes into an include folder etc.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
thanks

Can you share a link? More then likely you have the files uploaded to the wrong location.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Your files are in the wrong place, or not there at all. When you created and saved your calendar did you simply call it 'calendar' ? If so, then there should have been a directory created on your hard drive called 'calendar', as well as an HTML file called calendar.html

That calendar.html should be uploaded to the directory where you want to display your calendar. (public_html is fine.) Then the calendar directory also needs to be in that directory (public_html). All the other calendar files and directories need to stay in that calendar directory or the program will not know how to find them.

So, the only 2 things that will show in your public_html will be the calendar.html and the calendar directory.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you still need more help. :cool:

got it on the page, Thanks. But:
1. Icant go to next or previous page;
2. the colors of the event are mixed;
3 it's messing up the text color of my links. i use yellow and the calendar uses black.

Figured out the colors. In my css I set the colors for links. It appears my css is overriding the calendars. I can find a solution I guess but it wont be pretty. Now how do I get the navs in the calendar to work?

thanks again

More problems. The events in the calendar online are two days off. on my desktop Christmas is December 25, but on the web page it's December 23 with New Year's showing up on the 30th. On the other hand I think I can solve the link color problem by replacing all my links with buttons. Two buttons per link to account for mouse over. Really stumped. HELP!
thank you again

Regarding the look of the calendar, I'd suggest that you take the theme that you used, make a copy of it, and then edit the css file the way you want it. Also, make the buttons you want to have, give them the same name as the current buttons and save them in the same location, and then save the whole lot as a template with its own name. If you save it where you have the other themes, it will come up as an option when you choose a theme. And then start over again with entering events.

I don't know what has happened to the two days off thing, sorry. But maybe it will correct itself if you do as I suggested.

NOTE: It's important that you make your changes in the css file of the theme before you start, NOT after you have created a calendar.
Ha en riktig god dag!

I've almost got it done. what I had to do was move every manually into my html_pub.
Got one BIG problem left. see
http://www.harryweiss.com/calendar.html .
All my appointments are off the grid at the bottom of the page.
I made the width 900 not 700, the height 50 not 70, and changed the top red design of the theme to #874100.
Any help getting my data back on the screen would be realy appreciated.
thanks again
