I have need to change the details on a frequent, sometimes daily basis as appointments change.

When I upload them, they do not overwrite the existing files, which means for every change, I have to first delete the existing files.

The permissions are set to 644.

Even when I have replaced the files, I have to empty the IE7 temporary files every time before they display correctly.

Incidentally, and although it doesn't affect anything, the spelling in the code of the xtml file is wrong - 'catagary' instead of 'category'
