My VPS was recently updated yesterday and moved to a new platform. Today I noticed ALL forms on ALL sites that I created with CC FOrm Builder have ceased to work. Once submitting the form sometimes the page just goes blank and for some reason on another site I get the following error message when submitting a form

Which version of Web Form Builder are you using?,, and what is the PHP version your new platform is using?

Well I was using Version 2.10 so I upgraded fb to 2.20 - Opened up my contact form, re-saved it, re-uploaded all files and still not working and getting same error I listed above. I did go into my cpanel and I changed the PHP version from 8.2 to 8.0 and the error now reads....

Did you upload using a FTP app?

You could try doing a manual upload of the Web-Form-Builder FILES into the relevant folders in your C Panel

Try resaving and manual exporting your files, then reupload to server

I was using a 3rd party FTP program that I have always used. I just went into server deleted all files and folders and did a re-upload of all files and still same result. Had to use the 3rd party program because cpanel does not allow me to upload folders

No it doesn't allow folders, that's why I said manually upload the files into the relevant folder (even if they are there) when it asks if you want to overwrite existing files select yes. don't delete any folders, just manually upload the files into the relevant folders

OK just did that and same problem. The weird thing is when I upload the files to other websites on my server it appears to be working now but the main page of my server storksnmore.net is the only one with an error now

well my server company just finally emaile dme back and informed me they fixed it - apparently it was something on their end - thanks All !
