In addition to some other "challenges" I'm facing with the form builder:

I have the free version of "Adblock Plus" ( https://adblockplus.org/ ) add-on/extension installed in Firefox, which is the only browser installed on my computer, running windows 10.

When Ad-block is active the submit button doesn't show, if I deactivate it the submit button shows. I have submitted the "anamoly" to Ad-Block (site not working) along with a link to CoffeeCup, fwiw.

Just thought some here my be concerned. More and more people have discovered/are using ad-block extensions
and will more than likely cause some headaches
