I'm having a problem getting my test form to work twice. I have re-built and re-published the form many times. I have cleared my computers cache.I have attempted to fill out and send the form from my desktop, my laptop, and my wife's desktop all with the same results. After uploading the form I am able to fill it out and send it once. After that, if I again fill out the form when I hit the submit button I get the following:

This becoming very frustrating. I purchased this software to replace my original CC Form Builder since I wanted to be proactive with my client's sites and adapt them for smartphones and tablets but if it won't work properly it's not a good purchase.

I think the way the program saves files leaves a lot to be desired and is very confusing and yes, I have read the instructions. Giving the container folder and the actual form folder the same name is not very smart. In addition, if you later edit the form it will not offer to overwrite the old files except for the form.fb file, and they are saved in a new subfolder even if you have specified the save in the same folder. The links it then sets are not correct.
I understand CC has an agenda to promote it's S-Drive but this should not be at the expense of users for which S-Drive is not an option. That would include web builders that create sites for clients that need to keep control of form results and will not use a third party.
I am hoping CC can address these issues. I liked the original Form Builder which saved a lot of design time but it looks like I'll have to go back to rolling my own.

Looks like your server doesn't meet the minimum server requirements by having PHP Sessions enabled. You will have to contact Godaddy to fix that. I was not able to get it to work once here. Alternatively, use S-Drive and it will just work with no effort at all....

Uploading is very simple if you think of the process and how it works (and read the instructions on the dialog). If you look at Step 2 it tells you what to do specifically. We do it this way so that you actually have more control over the files and can add them to any web editor and make practically any changes you like to the HTML/CSS and PHP files. That flexibility was never in the Flash version.

If you cannot over write files on your server, that is also another problem with the server and not the software as the permissions probably changed.

If you still have problems after contacting Godaddy, open a support ticket and we can look into this closer for you.

Thanks for the reply Scott. A couple of things perhaps I didn't make clear. I have no problem overwriting files on my server, it is the way CCFB saves files. I do understand that you only upload the files in the "container" folder and not the folder itself, otherwise I don't think you would have been able to access my form. After I create a form, let's call it "form" and save it to the folder, say "form", I have the single file and folder in the "form" container folder. Fine. Now if I open the fb file and edit and save, I will have the original "form" folder with the single file and "form" folder and then inside of that "form" folder another single file and another "form" folder. In simple words each save nests folders and files in the original folder and does not overwright even if the topmost root folder was specified. I have taken to deleting all files from the folder if I need to edit.
Now as to using CC's S-Drive, that is simply not an option. Several of my clients are in the medical professions and third party hosting of email is not acceptable by them.
Now as to my problem, according to my account settings on BlueRazor (yes, it's GoDaddy by another name) I have PHP5.2 as well as webformmailer.php and gdform.php running so I'm not sure what else needs to be done to enable PHP sessions.

Try doing this. Only save your form to your desktop each and every time. I guarantee it will never make any duplications. What it sounds like you are doing is always going into the folder and then into the next folder and saving. Trust me, if this was an issue, these forums would be riddled with customers complaining.

If you want us to look int this further, open a support ticket and provide us temporary FTP access and we can upload some forms from here and see if we can figure this out.

Thank you for your dedication to CC support. I have contacted BlueRazor and they have suggested that the php5.ini file was missing from my account. I created a new file per thier instuctions and uploaded it but I am still getting the error messages and am unable to send any form results. I will open a trouble ticket as soon as I get done here.

Thanks to Scott for working over Christmas Eve as well as Christmas Day to get my issues with my test form resolved. It seems to have been a problem with my hosting provider not implementing PHP correctly, which was fixed after a few emails with them, and my not understanding the software correctly, which Scott cleared up. The form does work as it should, but the instructions are not always clear to me, hence my difficulties. I am now going to work on adding features and further tweaking the form to see what I can do with it.

Well, whipped up test form for a client's website and I'm fairly certain I have the settings correct this time, but no joy. I'm assuming it's another PHP problem with GoDaddy but trhis is an area I know very little about. From what I can tell it's using PHP Version 5.2.17 and sessions are enabled.

Are you sure you uploaded all the files correctly? I know that was partially the issue last time.

I'm fairly certain all the files are uploaded correctly but I'm going to delete everything and start over to make sure.
