Anyone have any experience with adding a 'Disclaimer' Check Box Field near a submit form button?
Sometimes - they're a good idea.
A required check-box complemented by a link to a pop-out frame with legalese text ?
How can I create this in a non-obtrusive/elegant manner ? Any ideas or approaches to this ?

The more non-obtrusive you make this the less legally binding your agreement becomes. Do you have any examples of what you want for us to look at?

How is the link attached to the text in form builder (I imagine it's done post-production) ?
I can create a pdf easy enough - but how do I display it in that pop-up target window ?
I have a feeling that some copy and pasting is in order
