I figured I can't be the only one with this issue, but I searched the forums and didn't find anyone else posting about it. Chrome pops up a messae on every field saying my form is not secure and a big not secure warning when I click submit. Firefox waits till I click submit to say it is insecure. The form is hsted at coffeecup. I went into the generated code and changed all the http:// to https:// It happens every time, no matter which computer I use.

URL: https://geoscodin.coffeecup.com/forms/classes/ opened from https://workshoptheatre.com/classes.html
OS: Windows 10 & 11
Version: 2.9 Build 5557 (registered)

Thanks!

The latest version is 2.10-5575. I haven't used it yet, so I don't know if the http:// has been changed to https://, but before contacting support, I'd check out the latest build, if I were you.

Sorry I was unclear. Changing http:'' to https:// does not correct the problem. However I did pay for the upgrade to 2.10.5575 and it still leaves the URLs in both generated html files as http://

But I changed the properties to "Display form in a pop-up" and it seems to work now.

Thank you!

Although I did still have to manually change all of the http:// to https:// to avoid the error

Hello George !

I have switched your sdrive account to ENFORCE HTTPS - you can see this here:

https://www.coffeecup.com/sdrive/dashboard/settings/

There is no need to change all the http to https in your created forms ! This way sdrive always uses https.

So you can switch the popup form OFF since a lot of people have popup blockers installed in their browsers.

I could not find the link how to get to the form from your site to test it - you have a "hint" for me where I can access it ? I hope this helps explain it - let us know if you have any further questions, and thanks for using our software :D

Hans
warmest regards,

Hans
