I have used the Form Builder successfully in the past before you developed the Responsive Email Designer. I noticed that the Form now can interact with the RED.
When I completed my new form, the form contents are not sent to the Notification site but the Confirmation Message is sent to the email of the person that filled out the form I've looked at the code in the form.cfg.php file and there are references to RED (e.g., "is_from_red" : false,).
Does anyone have any idea why the Notification message is not being sent? Do I have to buy RED before my form will work?

Hi Chick,
Go to the Notification tab and make sure you have an email entered for the form to send to in the To: field.

I do have the email address entered in the "To" field on the Notifications tab. Any other suggestions?
I would make sure you have all of those notification settings filled in and you've selected an email template.

Also, make sure the 'from' address is one pertaining to the domain where the form is hosted. Some servers are very particular about that.

The problem turned out to be that GoDaddy has spam filters which prevent messages with certain words from being sent... In my case, it was the word "Request" in the Subject line.
Good grief! 'Request' is just a normal word!
It has nothing do do with swearing, indecency, crimes what so ever. When will they add the word 'Coffeecup' to their list?

GoDaddy has a unique way of handling emails.

I am also having the same problem and I use goDaddy, can you please tell me how you solved the issue on the goDaddy side? I don't even know where to look for the spam filter on there.
I appreciate any help I can get, I am literally losing money since my forms are not going through.

I don't use GoDaddy, so I can only suggest what I wrote in an earlier post in this thread. It seems that many hosting servers need to have the 'from' address being one that pertains to the domain hosted with them. I recently read that also the 'To' address (the address to which the filled-in forms are sent) also should be one from the same domain, not sure if that applies to GoDaddy, but you could always try.
