Seriously though, the listing was available when the program was part of the Mega Pak for $29 (which was a steal by the way). And as is being suggested to you, MAKE THE SUGGESTION that CC consider (or reconsider) including ASP support in a future release. ONE of the great things about this company is that they listen to their customer base and IF enough people are asking for it they will work it in. It may not happen soon(ish), but it could happen, BUT if no-one suggests it they will assume that their instincts were correct and that it's not needed.

Asking for a refund on software here, that had feature listing posted or a trial version available, is like trying to get a refund for a burger that "thought" had bacon on it, but didn't read the menu or ask if it did...

That is in the comparison chart and always was. Really I have to agree with Bren, this is getting old, and it's so much more maddening for us on the forums to have to constantly repeat all this for people that didn't bother to read things before they made purchases, or trial them (which you couldn't do with this one, but just saying that so many don't bother to trial things and then get upset when it doesn't work like they wanted after they buy it straight out).

The information was there, you just didn't see it correctly and we can't fix that here on the forums. I wish we could, but the best we can do is tell you to work your Server hosters and make them "get with the times" instead of beating up CC for opting not to work a whole separate code for lazy server people that don't want to install PHP. Simple as that really.

Other than that, ask for a refund and call it good if you can't convince your server hosters to fix the problem. Personally, they are lazy and you shouldn't be using them if they won't do things like that, that's what they are there for.

Look at the big picture here too on this. Server hosting serves a super wide range of different styles of coding. If every single program in the world had to cater to every single hosting style there wouldn't be many programs out there. Hosting servers only need to install certain systems to make sure that "all" or at least "most" web systems will work on them. This fixes it for thousands of programs rather than doing it the other way around.

Pun, I know you're frustrated, but you have remained polite, unlike the prior poster with his $1.50 refund comment. Your software isn't going anywhere, so how about you take a day off it, have a think of a workaround for a while. Perhaps you can continue with the Classic while the new FB is so new, and possibly, you could look into another host company if you really need the new FB to work.

Everyone here really wants you to be happy, but unfortunately, we can't do that with your limited approach - ie. not wanting to change your hosting provider to one that has PHP5.1 or higher.

The ASP comment, I'm positive had a yellow - against the New FB, and a green tick on the Classic. I did study the list comprehensively as I've said, I'm a forms noob, so needed to educate myself rather quickly & thought the list CC compiled was informative & comprehensive. I know I didn't need to check on ASP and or PHP5.1 or higher, just PHP.

I do hope you can find a happy solution soon.

Edit to update above: Just realized Scott posted the comparison chart, and yes, just as I mentioned above (although green), the new FB has a dash meaning not supported, and a tick for Classic for:

I was trying to find answer to my question but unsuccessfully so I am asking here. I am not sure if this is my server or the form configuration but when i receive the form it shows the time 5 hours ahead.
Here is exactly what my email shows. I put the actual time in the form message.

Sounds like the time/date stamp on your hosting server is off. You may want to contact them and see if they can adjust that.
