Classic conundrum.........Moved to a new SSD with wiondows 10. All my software registration numbers were backed up, 'cept one, and wouldn't you know it I needed make a change to a contact form and can't register form builder.
Sent an email to Coffee Cup requesting the number, no luck so far. I still have the previous OS hard drive intact and could run it if need be. Is there a way to recover the registration number somewhere (i.e. regedit, etc.) on that drive?

Coffeecup is not using registration keys or numbers. You can just go into the page https://www.coffeecup.com/help/myproducts/ and redownload your programmes. You should also have got a reply from CC support about this, sent to you this morning (western American morning, that is).

Inger, got it working, thanks. I did re-download the software but used the generic "lite" version. Downloaded the full version from my account and it works fine. Too much multi-tasking going on after a long day.
