My form has both a response email to the person who filled out the form but also a notification email to my workers who need to contact the person who filled out the form. I have tried and tried but can't get the form to work properly. The response email is sending and the form is recording into a .csv file on my server but the notification email never comes through to anyone I have sent it to. I'm also attaching the form.cfh.php file which shows the address I'm sending to and from. The from address is a verified office 365 email address so it should be okay.

I just tested your form on my server. I changed nothing. I received the confirmation email. Can you check with the other members of the team and your email to see if the notification came through?

I checked with my team and nobody is getting the notification email.

Ok I'm testing again as I saw an error on my host. It was reporting a missing file but it was clearly there. I just did a second test and received the email. I have no errors being reported on my host. Please check yours and your teammates email.

Thank you so much. I did receive your registration notification when you sent your test messages. I assume that is from your server. When running it from my server it still is not working for me or my colleagues. I even went into my microsoft office email control panel and listed the dns number of the website as a trusted agent. I am going to take everything down from my server. Start from scratch with the form and see if that might fix it. Thank you for your help and I will update you if that fixes things.

Somethings maybe blocking those email addresses. Have you tried using different ones?
