Yes make variables match your input name.
Examples:
Input names in Form Builder
Fname
Lname
Email_Address
Tel_phone
Then change code to match.
$post['Fname'];// form First name field
$post['Lname'];// form last name field
$post['Email_Address'];// form email field
$post['Tel_phone']
