Eric
When I make the screen 90% in Chrome it shows up great - but at 100% it cuts off the top and right side such that the cancel out X doesn't show.
Is there something I can do to adjust it?
Thanks

Figured it out - somehow I had the setup for the form set at 90% - when I changed it to 100% it shows up fine now
Thanks

Works in Chrome for me.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

You see all of the form????
Also - I just put it in the footer area (not head) no change here. - I can't get it to be responsive on my cell
Any thoughts on what I could be doing wrong?

Also if I scroll on a few machines here the form repeats?!

Eric I saw that post - will try for the responsive part of the question
