Publishing

All,

I am having a problem publishing...

I purchased Webform Builder FULL version as I wanted to design a form that would sit on my server and send the results to me by email - and maybe to a SQL table on my server if I choose to do so.

I have designed a form, and when I try to publish it, I get an error message saying that I need to pick a web address, etc...

To be honest, all I want to do is upload my form to my own server and don't really want to use S Drive. Is this not possible anymore?

Am I being somewhat of a simpleton, or can someone explain this to me?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi AM, I am having the same problem. I have created a form and first published to the S-drive and it works with no problems.
Now that the full version is out I wanted to publish this to my own server so i did not have to use the S-drive. I set it up for saving my data to text file. I then exported the form and followed the instructions completely. When I went to the form it lost all of its formating, does not verify that all fields that are required are filled in. the date fields do not pop-up the calendar and when pressing the submit button nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong? OK I am not the most proficient in all this but then I used the Flash version and selected publish I received all the files needed to post on my server and it just worked without any complications, was really hoping this would do the same.
My webhosting server is running PHP version is 5.2.17 so I know it is up to date.
Anyone have any suggestions of what I am doing wrong? :(:(

Dbl check to make sure all the files needed got upload to your server? Also make sure their in the same directory as the page the form is on unless you tweaked the html to point to the proper directory.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Figured it out Eric thanks. I did exactly what the instructions stated to copy the folder to the directory that my form is in. I did not open the subfolder and copy the other files and folders individually. After I did that it worked great. Teething problems and a learning curve but now I am happy. :):D
