Hi,
I have problem with web form builder, when I change the localhost to smtp and fill out the form, it shows me:
YOUR FORM COULD NOT BE SUBMITTED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
SMTP CONNECT() FAILED. HTTPS://GITHUB.COM/PHPMAILER/PHPMAILER/ … LESHOOTING
SMTP CONNECT() FAILED. HTTPS://GITHUB.COM/PHPMAILER/PHPMAILER/ … LESHOOTING
I tried to use many of emails and there is the same problem.
Could you help me?

Hi Josef can you please confirm what level of PHP your host is using on your server. Also can you post a link to your form and attach a copy of your project file here so we can have a look.

Hi,
it's very important to me, because I have many of forms there, which I need for the students/parents.
Provider upgraded to Php 7.3.22, it was 7.0. and everything worked fine.
Saving to DB works fine.

I can't attach the project, because it doesn't support the format.
I also tried ports and nothing happened.

Hi all, I am not with Go Daddy.
I tried to put there the gmail account, but if I change there the localhost to smtp, the error is there.

Didn't you see that the word 'here' is clickable? If you click on it, you will find the server requirements.

server requirements are OK due to my provider.
Now, the form sends the email to email in notifications, not to the confirm email, but it writes the problem.

I don't have an answer, but I do have a question. Why would there be a github.com url as part of the smtp error?
