Is there any way to change the submission timestamp to dd/mm/yyyy?

I thought at first that this was in the latest update but if it is, I can't find it.

Click on the date element then the properties box. It's at the bottom of the list.

That only changes the format within date element on the the form.

What I want to know is how to change the date format at the bottom of the submission when it arrives in my email inbox.

That's built into the software and unchangeable as far as I know. This would be a good suggestion.
