i do a simple membership form
membership is $30 for the year

submit button at the bottom...
when you click the submit button, it takes you to your paypal account to pay
- but the form continues confirming your payment... even though you can decline paypal payment.

i have not changed the form for years... and last year it started doing this... now this year it did it for me when i tested it.

If I'm understanding your issue correctly you're receiving a confirmation email even if they decline the Paypal payment.
I do believe that's how the Form Builder has always worked.

I was hoping CC would change that in a future update to how Paypal works on most sites. Hopefully once they get the php 8 issues are sorted they will give the Form Builder a much needed feature update.
