I used the Add an HTML template in Web Form Builder. I really don't care for the fancy forms and the clients I have left want 'clean' forms.

I inserted all the fields I wanted the results for but I had forgotten about the IP address. I may have found what I need.

It's 3 AM here and I can't sleep so I'm just adding some code to see if it will work.

It doesn't have to be fancy with RED you are just adding the html code plain and simple it even has the form results as a component, then you simple add the html code back into web form builder, real easy nobody would know, if you have solved it that's great

It's 3:15 here I've also been at it since 3:00 this morning as us my usual starting time only another 6 hours to go ;)

If I can't get it to work I'll reinstall RED and try it that way. Thanks.

Nothing like those long work days.

I didn't have to reinstall RED, it was still on my computer.

I went to my form, opened the notification tab, clicked on the pencil icon and selected edit in RED.

RED came up with a complete blank project screen. :(

I searched through all the files in my exported form and thought the answer would be in the html file. Well, that info is in a hidden field so I can't get to it that way.

I just don't need to learn another program when there are responsive themes in WFB. I'll just table this for a while and get some other really important this finished up.

I tried emailing and it wouldn't send for some weird reason so faster would be to download it here:

Hi Ernie,
You know the IP address will appear in the form notification when using the [_form_results_] variable?
Do you want it isolated?
Try using.
[_fromaddress_]
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Eric,
I've been tearing my hair out trying to get this to work.

So, all I have to do is use that variable in my html code?

I'll give that a try right now.

Thank you,
Ernie
